Aerial view of a large construction site with excavation and site roads

Your whole site, seen from above. Every visit, on record.

AAN flies scheduled drone captures over your construction site and turns them into maps, measurements and progress reports your team can use in review meetings.

Serving Hyderabad, Telangana, Vijayawada–Amaravati and Visakhapatnam

Where site visibility breaks down

Large sites change every week. Walking them, photographing them and writing them up takes time most project teams don't have.

  • Partial picture of the site

Reviews rely on a few ground photos and verbal updates instead of the whole site at once.

  • Large areas, infrequent checks

Spread-out sites, layouts and earthwork zones are hard to walk often enough.

  • Reports take days to prepare

Engineers spend hours compiling photos and notes for weekly and monthly reviews.

  • No easy before-and-after

Comparing today's site with last month's means digging through scattered folders.

  • Milestones go undocumented

Foundation, slab and handover stages pass without a consistent visual record.

  • Thin evidence in review meetings

Management and clients ask for proof of progress that a slide of text can't give.

  • Stockpiles are estimated by eye

Earthwork cut, fill and material piles are hard to quantify quickly.

  • Site and office see different sites

Site teams and head office lack a shared, current view to discuss.

  • Issues surface late

Visible deviations, encroachments or waterlogging are noticed after they've grown.

Services

Start with a single capture or set up a recurring schedule. Every service is planned around what your project team needs to review.

About progress reports

What you receive after each flight

Files your team can open without special software, delivered in a shared folder for each site.

Site map
A stitched, top-down image of the whole site (orthomosaic) you can zoom, measure and mark up.
Aerial photo set
Consistent angles from the same positions every visit, so changes are easy to compare.
Progress summary
A short PDF with key views, visible changes since the last visit and notes for review meetings.
Volume estimates
Where requested, stockpile and cut/fill estimates with the method used and its limits stated.

A sample report will be available here after our first project deliveries.

How an engagement works

Every project follows the same steps, so you know what happens and when.

  1. Consultation

We discuss your site, project stage and what your team needs to see.

  2. Site assessment and permissions

We check airspace zones, site access and safety requirements before any flight.

  3. Flight planning

Flight paths, capture points and schedule are agreed with your site team.

  4. Capture

Our pilots fly the site and record imagery from fixed, repeatable positions.

  5. Processing

Imagery is turned into maps, photo sets and measurements.

  6. Delivery and review

You receive the outputs and a short walkthrough. Recurring visits repeat from step 4.

Who we work with

Built for the teams that plan, build and review construction work.

Start with a single-site pilot

See the actual outputs on your own site before committing to recurring monitoring. We agree the scope with you, fly the site, and deliver the same files a regular customer would receive.

  • One site, scope agreed in advance
  • Real deliverables, not a demo
  • No commitment to a recurring plan

Safe, permitted, responsible flying

  • Flown under India's Drone Rules, 2021

Airspace zones are checked on the Digital Sky platform before every flight.

  • Site safety first

Flights are coordinated with your site team and follow your site's safety rules.

  • Your data stays yours

Site imagery is shared only with people you approve and is not used publicly without permission.

Drone-based measurements and imagery support project review and decision-making. They complement, and do not replace, site engineers, licensed surveyors or other qualified professionals.

Common questions

Does drone monitoring replace our site engineers or surveyors?

No. Drone captures give your team a faster, wider view of the site and a consistent visual record. Site engineers, licensed surveyors and other qualified professionals remain responsible for engineering decisions and certified measurements. Our outputs support their work.

Do you handle flight permissions?

Yes. Before any flight we check the site’s airspace zone on the Digital Sky platform under India’s Drone Rules, 2021, and coordinate with your site team. Sites near airports or other restricted areas may need additional permission, which can affect the schedule. We’ll tell you during the site assessment.

How often should a site be captured?

It depends on how fast the site changes and how often you review progress. Many projects choose fortnightly or monthly visits, with extra captures at key milestones. We’ll suggest a schedule after understanding your project.

How soon do we receive the outputs?

Aerial photos are usually shared shortly after the flight. Maps, measurements and reports take longer because of processing; we agree delivery timelines with you when planning the scope.

How accurate are the maps and volume estimates?

Accuracy depends on the equipment, flight height, site conditions and whether ground control points are used. Each report states the method used and its limits. Where survey-grade accuracy is required, we work alongside your licensed surveyor.

Who owns the imagery and data from our site?

You do. Your site data is shared only with the people you approve, and we don’t publish images of your project without written permission.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing depends on site size, location, the outputs you need and how often we visit. Share your project details through the form and we’ll send a quote. Pilot projects are priced on request.
