Each report brings together the most useful views from a visit, with visible changes since the previous capture marked up, so review meetings start from evidence rather than descriptions.

What a report contains

  • Key aerial views of the whole site and each work area
  • Visible changes since the last visit, marked on the images
  • Short notes on what is visible, without engineering judgements
  • Links to the full map and photo set

Format

A PDF sized for review meetings and email, delivered with the full files. The layout can follow your existing reporting template if you have one.

Common questions

Does drone monitoring replace our site engineers or surveyors?

No. Drone captures give your team a faster, wider view of the site and a consistent visual record. Site engineers, licensed surveyors and other qualified professionals remain responsible for engineering decisions and certified measurements. Our outputs support their work.

Do you handle flight permissions?

Yes. Before any flight we check the site’s airspace zone on the Digital Sky platform under India’s Drone Rules, 2021, and coordinate with your site team. Sites near airports or other restricted areas may need additional permission, which can affect the schedule. We’ll tell you during the site assessment.

How often should a site be captured?

It depends on how fast the site changes and how often you review progress. Many projects choose fortnightly or monthly visits, with extra captures at key milestones. We’ll suggest a schedule after understanding your project.

How soon do we receive the outputs?

Aerial photos are usually shared shortly after the flight. Maps, measurements and reports take longer because of processing; we agree delivery timelines with you when planning the scope.
