Planned captures at key project stages, organised by date and location on site, so you have a reliable record to refer back to.

When it helps most

  • Before work starts: a record of existing site conditions, boundaries and neighbouring structures.
  • At milestones: excavation, foundations, each slab, façade and external works.
  • At handover: a final record of the completed project and surroundings.

What you get

High-resolution aerial photos from consistent angles, organised by date and stage in a folder structure your team can search later.

Common questions

Does drone monitoring replace our site engineers or surveyors?

No. Drone captures give your team a faster, wider view of the site and a consistent visual record. Site engineers, licensed surveyors and other qualified professionals remain responsible for engineering decisions and certified measurements. Our outputs support their work.

Do you handle flight permissions?

Yes. Before any flight we check the site’s airspace zone on the Digital Sky platform under India’s Drone Rules, 2021, and coordinate with your site team. Sites near airports or other restricted areas may need additional permission, which can affect the schedule. We’ll tell you during the site assessment.

How often should a site be captured?

It depends on how fast the site changes and how often you review progress. Many projects choose fortnightly or monthly visits, with extra captures at key milestones. We’ll suggest a schedule after understanding your project.

How soon do we receive the outputs?

Aerial photos are usually shared shortly after the flight. Maps, measurements and reports take longer because of processing; we agree delivery timelines with you when planning the scope.
