When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in future, we’ll update this policy first.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, and communicate with you about a project you’ve asked us about. We don’t sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
- Form provider: enquiry form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form service, which processes them on our behalf.
- Website hosting: this website is hosted by a third-party provider, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.
- Images: some images on this site are loaded from an external image service, which receives standard technical information from your browser when the image loads.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Project site data
Imagery and outputs captured during a project are covered by our agreement with the client. They are shared only with people the client approves and are not published without written permission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are unhappy with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
